  9. PLKS, SOCSO and EPF

    In person: State Immigration Office

    PLKS, SOCSO and EPF

    The permit sticker goes into the passport. Each worker is then registered with SOCSO and EPF.

Every year, up to 13 years

PLKS permit renewal

Renewal opens 3 months before expiry and brings back FOMEMA, the levy, SPIKPA and the bond. We track the dates so nothing lapses.
